We are specializing in metal castings, like grey iron, ductile iron and aluminum castings, etc. The casting techniques include sand casting, lost foam casting (EPC casting), shell mold casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, high pressure die casting and gravity casting. Our production capability of metal castings for each factory is up to 8000-10000 tons per year, the weights for iron castings range from 0.80kgs to 3000kgs, the weights for aluminum castings range from 0.03kgs to 400kgs.
Because we have been doing castings for many years, so we are well experienced in this line, our engineers and workers have abundant experience in analysis of drawing, casting process, machining and quality control, we can offer exact prices with best process for castings while we get the drawings from our customers.
