Noise Elimination Valve Body Casting Flanged Silent Check Valve for Water Pump System
Description
Silent Check Valve is mainly assembled by valve body, valve seat, flow guider, valve disc, bearings, and springs, etc. parts. Silent type check valve is widely used in the program system of water supply and drainage, fire service, heating and ventilation, etc.
It can be installed at the place of outlet of water pump to avoid reverse flow or the damage to the pump by the water hammer.
Features
Advanced dynamic design of single body with diffuser provides streamline flow and assures lower head loss.
Minimize the head loss to 0.016Bar upon 2M/ sec flow rate.
Brass or reinforced bearing reduce wearing problem during operation.
Hydrodynamic design ensures non slamming and water hammerless.
Stainless steel spring hidden in the diffuser under protection while valve in operation.
Disc will positively close before reverse flow, and maximize the closing speed up to 0.2 Sec.
Comply with EN 558-1, ISO 5752 and EN 1092-2, ISO 7005-2 flange dimension.
